Aluminum fins with wavy surfaces are used, with fin spacing between 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. Mold geometry is designed as 40×35 mm. End plates are produced from aluminum to protect the copper pipes used in the coils. Refrigerant distributors and copper collectors are utilized to enhance cooling efficiency.
